Before you start, one honest question.

Think about the times you wanted to take better care of yourself. Why did it stop? There's no wrong answer, and nobody else reads this.

I started too big and only kept it up for a few days. The moment I missed one day, I dropped the whole plan. Everything and everyone came first, and I never got round to myself. It never felt like enough, however hard I tried.

What do you promise yourself this time?

Pick the one that fits, or write your own. You'll see it every day in your journal.

I'll take five minutes a day to be kind to myself. I promise myself I don't have to be perfect to be enough. This time I'll start small, so I can keep going. I'll write my own promise.

Press and hold the flower to seal your promise
